Volunteer travelers hosted here gain first-hand experience with the hospitality & tourism industry. They will agree to thoughtfully/flexibly welcome, accommodate, guide and cross-culture with a traveling community of all ages, from both near and far.
We host 2 volunteer travelers who alternate AM & PM shifts and remain "on-call" outside assigned shifts. Our cash free e-commerce centered hostel prioritizes friendly efficient personal service so proficiency in navigating the internet and reading English is a MUST.
This project is relatively small, licensed to host a maximum of 15 guests nightly.
Host staff serve as local "family", live on site and willingly provide pre-service training, ongoing guidance and necessary support. We encourage both permanent and temporary staff continue or initiate socially constructive outreach programming at the hostel; music, art, theater, cinema etc.
