I had such a good time at the farm. Gonzalo, the host, is more then generous and is happy to help with anything you need. The cabanas you stay in are very well kept and homely with a good kitchen area and shower (which does get cold). I would fully recommend the farm to those who are invested in gardening roles and taking care of nature - and who don't mind getting their hands dirty.

It's very nice. The host is very reserved a person, but he's kind and is never annoyed. We have a nice accommodation, good quality ingredients to prepare food, which are provided without limitation within the list of available goods. We're somewhat far from the city, as it's a countryside establishment. That means we're never in the mood of going out after the work shifts. As to the region, it's very humid, and I had the experience of coming in the winter, so it's been cold and raining for 95% of the period. Nevertheless, it's a perfect interaction with nature.

Amazing Very organized host, you choose between varied tasks that can be done at your time, in the sun, in the shade or covered. It's a relaxing, easy and introspective work. Good accommodations that respect your privacy. You choose your foods on a weekly list for cooking. The place is beautiful and just 6kms from the center of Valdivia and the Botanical Garden and museums that can be reached by bike or taxi. Don Gonzalo studies and works over 30 years with plants and loves to share his knowledge, very calm and kind with volunteers, always asks you if you are happy! Host five stars

Volunteering at the farm was an amazing opportunity to learn lots, meet awesome people ( and a dog), and connect with nature. Gonzalo is a wonderful host! He was kind, generous, and provided me with lots of food every week. He is someone that we can learn a lot from. Elia and Daniel - that work there - were super helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The cabin I stayed was cozy and I had bicycles available . The tasks were pretty easy to do and the working time is fair. I felt as I was doing something really meaningful while volunteering there. I really recommend this place!
