It was a privilege to assist in teaching such genuinely motivated young people to learn and practice the the school language that already speak two or three languages. the the school was a great experience and the staff were open and friendly and fun to work with, I am very grateful for my experiences. I was able to access language learning for myself

Helen was a wonderful volunteer at The English School Kelaa. She helped with our English classes and brought great energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to the students. We truly appreciate her time, support, and contribution. Thank you, Helen!

Unfortunately, I would've given more stars for sure if he at least finished the agreement between us and not stopped at nearly two weeks sooner. I was there for just over two weeks or so. One day, he came up to me and said it was not a good fit due to racism. So instead of taking my side, he decided to engage in the rumors that people were spreading about me and he did not tell me who was spreading them as well as the discrimination. Chances are he was partaking in it as a result it's unfortunate. It's unfortunate racism had to ruin it.

My stay was incredible thanks to the wonderful relationship I had with another volunteer and the very kind students; I love that.Abdel was very attentive from the moment we called before I arrived and made sure I was ok. However, I think the stay at the volunteer's house could be better with communication. For example nobody was explained to me the rules like I had to pay also for the basic things like paper towels, water, laundry detergent which and also is no WiFi at the house :/ so honestly that was uncomfortable because is so basic… I lived as a local shopped at the souq I did a hammam ◡̈

My 4 weeks at the the school in Beni Mellal was such an incredible experience. I was welcomed with open arms by Khalid, Luke and Abdel. Shout out Khalid, my main point of contact, who made my stay as comfotable as possible and show me the authentic Moroccan way of life. Weekend trips into the mountains, traditional (delicious) food and the opportunity to connect with the locals and students. Huge thank you Abdel for all your help, Luke for the early morning adventures to the Ain and intense card games and to my amazing roomates, Moruya, Wam, Ally & Kaitlyn, never change. Love you all <3

It was an amazing experience. our task were social media and teaching italian. The hours were respected and you can't do more than 15h/week. We lived in a shared apartament with other volunteers. There was once a week couscous offered from the the school and some trips around, big thanks to Said I felt sick and i needed to leave before and we found an agreement. I recommend. The only problem i personally had was having no wifi in the apartment and no hot water for the shower, the rest was all good, people in kelaa (the city) and in the the school are super welcoming and i hope one day to come back
