Thank you Roswitha and Fridus for this experience. We wish you a wonderful retirement, happiness and rest after giving your all in your restaurant. You deserve it! It was a pleasure to meet you, the beautiful dogs 🐕 and to be immersed in your daily life. We learned a lot about cooking and also about us. Tack så mycket !

This experience with Roswitha and Fridus was really rewarding. I loved looking after the dogs, all four of whom are adorable. I learnt a lot about organising a kitchen and a team and I'm happy to be going home with a lot of new recipes. I really loved cooking and preparing for the guests. Despite working hours that exceeded the quota of 5 hours a day, I learnt a lot from this experience. If you're looking for peace and quiet and contact with nature, I really recommend it. I wish Roswitha and Fridus all the best for the future. We were honoured to do the last JulBoard with you. Tack så mycket

I loved staying at Roswithas and Fridus place. I had the best time and it was the perfect start in my travel year. The working hours were always respected and i had so much fun working that it dident even feel like work. I was here during the Christmas time and it was just perfect. Roswitha and Fridus are both so welcoming and i felt right at home. I had my own room that was a cozy place for some privacy. The Restaurant was a great place to meet up with the other volunteers. We did so much from karaoke night over game evenings and hiking. I would recommend them to 1000 % and miss them already

As soon as I arrived, Fridus & Roswitha made me feel incredibly welcome, which I really appreciated as I was quite nervous. Working hours were respected and, when I was feeling a bit under the weather at one point and worried about letting Fridus & Roswitha down, they were both so kind and understanding about it. I learned a lot, including some local recipes, which I am so excited to try at home for my family in time for Christmas. There's also so much nature and I would absolutely encourage anyone to volunteer here while you can. Their dogs are the absolute cutest and so friendly as well.

I spended one wonderful month in Tolvsbo. Roswitha and Fridus are so kindhearted, creative people who are always cheerful, positive, and generous! I enjoyed having all kinds of different tasks (inside the restaurant and outside). On the days off, I loved spending time with the other volunteers and exploring the beautiful surroundings. Walking the 4 sweet dogs with other volunteers was also something I looked forward to every day! I felt so welcome and can only recommend that place!
