Dispuest@ a colaborar en lo que se necesite, incluso aseo de ser necesario y riego de las plantitas del lugar. Súper importante mantener su área de trabajo limpia y ordenada. Necesitamos una persona que aparte del voluntariado necesite trabajar, por lo que pagamos horas extras al voluntariado.

Great staff and working enviroment, labor hours are respected, extra hours are payied. Dieferent shifts alow you to do many thinks in tonw.

Nice hostal and staff, I had lots of fun working there and learning from the city. Hours were strict for me but if you work more they pay you so it was a win-win. Be carefull for one thing though, breakfast in description means tea, coffe or chocolate but no food (important to know) have fun !

I've stayed at the guest house for a month, during october/2015, and had a great time! Since we were in low season by that time, the main job was to "hunt" guests arriving at the bus terminal and also from the Uyuni tours, and try to take them to our hostel. Also, the owners opened the posibility for me to cook for the guests and sell the food, so I could make a good extra money to use on my trip! The atmosphere is really great, with two patios with hammocks and even a pool and ping pong table in one of them, where we used to light bonfires during the cold nights and have some drinks!

Lo pase muy lindo en la casa! Hay que ayudar en todo y eso con el trabajo en equipo fueron los grandes aprendizajes que el voluntariado me proporciono. Ademas mucho de las tareas aprendes con los otros voluntarios, siendo lo mejor la familia que se construye con ellos y el encargado del hostel - gente de buena onda increible que te hace sentir como si estuvieras en casa. El hostel tiene lindas areas para disfrutar el tiempo libre y cocina bien equipada. Lo de las horas extras esta buenisimo para uno que se interesa por eso. Un hermoso voluntariado para vivir la magia del pueblo!

Uma das melhores experiências que tive! À Fabiola é muito querida por todos, sempre que possível nos ajudava com tudo! Conheci pessoas maravilhosas e levarei a guest house e todos os momentos que vivi aya para siempre!!! Fue muy feliz en a guest house!
