We need lively and friendly staff to mingle with the guests and create a great warm vibe whilst doing your duties. We all speak English, however basic and conversational Spanish is needed as half our guests are Latinos and Chileans. My experience at the Hostel was very positive! ❤️ The hostel has a very pleasant, welcoming atmosphere and is full of good energy. I had the opportunity to meet incredible volunteers, people from different places, and share moments, experiences and learnings that I will carry with me. I want to extend a special thank you to Felipe, who was a wonderful host! He is a very receptive, attentive, helpful person and always willing to help. From the beginning I felt well received and had all the necessary support during my experience. It was very special to be part of it.

A very beautiful experience; I was able to learn more about Valparaíso calmly. On the part of the hosts, everything was very relaxed, the tasks were clear at all times, with good shift rotations and no need to get up early.

I had a good experience at this hostel. The location is excellent, close to bars and several tourist spots that can be reached on foot, so it's very easy to make the most of your free time to explore. On the first day I was greeted with great kindness. It was my first experience working at the front desk and, although sometimes I had to be alone, they were always available to answer my questions via WhatsApp and help me. That gave me a lot of peace of mind and allowed me to learn a lot. The facilities were comfortable and clean.

The hostel seemed like a home, despite being far from home. Felipe and Miguel are geniuses, all the tasks are very well organized and they explain very well what to do. The location of the hostel is very good, the guests are very cool. I really recommend the hostel for volunteering.
