I had a great experience volunteering at the hostel in September 2022! I had some amazing coworkers, I enjoyed hanging out with them a lot. The work hours were just as agreed on and the work was fun and not too hard. Altogether I can really recommend this hostel.

Renovei no hostel pois me senti muito bem recebido, valorizado e com a liberdade suficiente para criar atividades dentro do hostel que agregaram valor à experiência dos hóspedes. Com dicas do Ricardo, criei um Free Walking Tour e com outro packer, desenhamos um roteiro completo de Tour + Pub Crawl. A experiência no hostel é sensacional e super indico. As escalas são bem organizadas e o trabalho é de boa. O bom, é que aqui vc aprende realmente a mexer no HQBeds e a se tornar o melhor atendente.

O hostel é uma viagem em si. A quantidade de pessoas de diferentes paises que passam pelo hostel, fazem sentir que a sua viagem se identifique. Tanto o Ricardo e o Luiz sempre estão disponíveis para resolver dúvidas, bater um papo ou até para dar dicas sobre a cidade. O trabalho é super flexível respeito aos horários e ajuda muito na formação de atendimento. Eu realmente recomendo voluntariar aqui pois é um hostel muito especial e com muita coisa para ensinar.

Meu voluntariando no the hostel cumpriu com o combinado! Adorei a estadia e pude aproveitar bem o espaço e as trocas com a equipe e os hóspedes! Também pude realizar um desenho na parede do hostel e deixar minha arte registrada! Os turnos são respeitados, sendo a maior demanda para a madrugada (o que torna o trabalho mais calmo). Temos dias livres disponíveis e podemos conversar para maior flexibilidade caso precise. É importante ter bastante atenção no momento do treinamento e se possível, anotar tudo q foi passado!
