The Experience
We are one of the main hostel's in Porto, located right in the city center, and we're looking for someone to help us out at reception/bar! If you have past Hostel/Bar experiences, it is definitely a plus :)

My experience volunteering here was truly amazing, the entire team makes you feel like part of a family since day one. The tasks and hours of volunteering are very fair, and you still have a lot of free time to enjoy the city, which is very lovely!!!! Anyways, the work is also very enjoyable because of the hostel's atmosphere itself. If you are thinking of volunteering here, go for it, you won't regret it. Indeed, you may want to stay longer <3 <3 :). Thank you the hostel team for everything, it was my pleasure being there <3 <3 :)

I know that I will never be able to put my experience from the last 6 months into words. It's merely impossible. My time here was beyond anything I imagined. All the love, the deep connections, the friendships and the compassion I found in this place will forever stay with me. This hostel is something very special and I would highly recommend everyone to go there. Doesn't matter if it's for volunteering or for a visit. Thank you for this incredible time! I had an amazing month at the hostel. The other volunteers were amazing and the work is easy and so much fun. I was making drinks and talking to guests. When I went it was low season so not that many guests and calmer shifts. I recommend bringing something to do, like a hobby to make the time pass quicker on boring days. The facilities were good and my bed was so comfortable I already miss it🫶 This is a great way to discover Porto. The city is so much fun! Thank you for a fun month❤️❤️

My time at the hostel could not have been better than this. It has truly changed my life and I'm sad to be leaving this hostel that feels now like a second home. Gabi, Gio, Diana, Lourenço, Hugo and Jesus: you all are amazing people and have made my time here even better than it already was. Lourenço is an amazing, very understanding manager who you can go to with anything. The work hours are very fair and always respected. It allowed me to learn new things about the work I was doing, but also to explore the city and its surroundings. I would 100% recommend this amazing hostel. I'll be back ❤️

This was my first time volunteering and i had a great and fun time here! The working hours are very fair, the work itself is also easy and the staff aswell as the manager Lourenço are always there to help you out. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel welcommed. I've met a lot of amazing people, both staff and other volunteers. The hostel itself is also very well located and i had a lot of time to explore Porto. I would highly recommend this experience to everyone! Thank you so much the hostel family :)
