Iñaki is an amazing person and a very good boss. He is very patient and understanding and help you through the whole stay. He explained me patiently all the processes and the work I was supposed to do. The team is incredibly nice and as Iñaki never forgot to underline, we had the most important moment of the day at 10.40, when we had a coffee together everyday just to chill or to talk about anything we wanted to share. We all collaborated together and I felt part of the hostel family from day one, even when I needed a bit of time to settle and get familiar with the city and the hostel life.

Iñaki fue sin duda alguna el mejor host que hemos tenido durante nuestro viaje, es muy tranquilo y divertido. el hostal de igual manera es un lugar muy agradable y grande, perfecto para conocer diferentes personas, culturas, idiomas entre otros, esta super bien ubicado y es un lugar perfecto para muy buenas experiencias. volveríamos sin pensarlo muchas veces muchas veces mas y en verano 😎😎😎

Solo palabras de agradecimiento para el hostel... de los mejores voluntarios. Iñaki siempre va a estar pendiente de que estes cómodo y por sobre todas las cosas de que la pases bien. Conoce mucho los alrededores y siempre te va a recomendar los mejores lugares, y a demás va a darte el tiempo para que los conozcas. El hostel es muy lindo, limpio y con la mejor vista de Bilbao, los mejores atardeceres. Me senti como en casa gracias a Iñaki e Hif, que forman parte del staff.... siempre gracias y ya saben que el próximo verano me tienen que guardar mi puesto. Agur 😊

La experiencia en el hostel fue de lejos la mejor que tuve como voluntario. El hostel tiene muy buena energía, Iñaki es la persona más buena onda del mundo, siempre muy preocupado con el bien estar de todos en el hostel. Con su ayuda viví una real inmersión cultural en Bilbao y eso fue una experiencia increíble . Además, desde la primera llamada me hizo sentir que yo tenía mi hogar en España! El trabajo es lo mejor, muy bueno, aprendes mucho de recepción y atención a clientes, buen horario y muy flexible. Puedo recomendar esa experiencia de ojos cerrados, la van a pasar genial!
