The experience at the center was incredibly enriching. We found exactly what we were looking for: new ways of living and connection with spiritual practices and with nature. Having the opportunity to practice Kriya Yoga and Bhakti every day was amazing and very transformative. Bringing this daily spiritual discipline is fundamental, and the school of the integral self was the best school for that. Finally, during the days we stayed there, we felt the power of a Sangha. Being in a community with people who are following other ways of living is inspiring. We felt very welcome.

Adorei a experiência. Apesar de algumas situações se sobreporem as minhas limitações físicas (previamente informadas e aceitas por mim) não me impediram a ótima convivência e ao crescimento espiritual alcançado. O acolhimento prévio, a recepção e durante a estadia foram fundamentais para a jornada. A ESI está de parabéns, o espírito da YOGA está presente em tudo e em todos. Confesso que a troca foi injusta porque recebi muito mais do que entreguei e este aprendizado vai ficar para vida. Namaste!
