Elías and Rosa are the sweetest host that you could find. I can't tell how much they care about the volunteer, they always ask if everything is alright and if what are you doing is okay. The work is very simple, I worked with Elias in the garden for a couple of days, and other days I helped with breakfast, cleaning rooms, cleaning the pool. Whenever the things are done they let you free even if 5h are not finished and they don't put you doing things just to fulfill the time, cause they care about the volunteer. Meals are super good and they are adorable, can't recommend enough

I volunteered here for 3 weeks and I had such a wonderful time. I was here during low season so it wasn't busy at all, but I still kept with tasks like doing laundry, assisting with check ins, and cleaning guest rooms and common areas. The other volunteers and staff were so unbelievably nice and welcoming to me and I am going to miss them all very much. A lot of my free time was spent either at the beach or reading a book in a hammock, so if you are looking for a more laid back volunteer position, I would definitely recommend this one!

Pamela and the other volunteers were amazing. the hostel is nice and there are a lot of dogs and cats around. The hours were fair and my job (breakfast shift) was enjoyable. Farallón is small and quiet, so volunteers should love beach and meeting local travellers.

I had the opportunity to volunteer at the hostel during April, and it was a wonderful experience. The hostel has an incredible vibe, but the best part, without a doubt, was sharing with Rosa and Elías. From the first day they were extremely kind, attentive, and collaborative, making the experience of helping out there very pleasant and enriching. I felt at home and I really enjoyed contributing my small contribution to help them. Highly recommended!

Phew, what a pleasant and enriching journey! I met locals and people from abroad, discovered new landscapes and trails near Farallón, in addition to having a unique and beautiful beach with incredible sunrises and sunsets, no doubt, the hostel was a great volunteering experience, you'll have a great support team like Elías and Rosita 👏🏾 Thanks for so many friends, I will be back..
