I had an amazing first experience at the eco village Kaitz! Met with amazing people, created memories that will last for a lifetime! Task are as described, easy to learn and follow through. Everyone is welcoming and working as a team. I loved that two month in Jeri! Would definitely recommend!

Minha experiência foi muito melhor do que eu podia ter peço ao universo! a ecovila foi e é uma família e eu sou muito grata por ter passado e deixado meu legado por lá! aprimorei minhas habilidades em espanhol, e me comuniquei com muuuitos english speakers! a gente criou um ambiente de muito respeito e amor entre nós, os outros voluntários e desde o começo Douglas sempre me guiou e tutorou muito bem! amei passar e super voltaria! fui muito feliz explorando Jeri e voltando pra um lugar tão bacana! só gratidão! imenso carinho Douglas por me tutorar tão bem, Letícia e Valerian por concretizarem! 💛

Foi uma experiência incrível Jericoacoara é um lugar lindo com muita natureza. O hostel tem a melhor localização pois fica na praça bem no centro o café da manhã é bem caprichado o Douglas gerente sempre prestativo em ajudar a equipe em todas as tarefas. O hostel tem um mirante lindo onde se consegue ver o mar. Só tenho a agradecer a todos da equipe raízes parabéns pelo comprometimento com os voluntários. Mas Tb não poderia deixar de parabenizar o Douglas pois essa organização no hostel é graças às técnicas de liderança que ele coloca em prática no hostel. Gratidão até a próxima

Jeri, uma cidade de muito movimento e rotatividade de pessoas, muitos lugares lindos e naturais para explorar, uma lugar aonde os animais e as pessoas vivem em harmonia e o céu apresenta um espetáculo diferente todos os dias. Foi uma experiência de muito aprendizado: O anfitrião me ensinou algumas coisas sobre sustentabilidade como: separação de lixos, descarte de produtos químicos, reciclagem. e consciência ambiental. Também aprendi sobre pintura que foi o principal papel no meu voluntariado.

Fiquei montando o café da manhã junto com outra voluntária! Entrava 6h30 e saía 10h30. Esse trampo foi suave. Dá pra ter o resto do dia livre. Se vc não é diurno, não aplique pro café pq tem a responsabilidade de atender os hóspedes todos os dias e a responsa com o horário é REAL! Fora isso, rola combinar (na baixa temporada) de sair um pouco antes pra fazer os passeios! Não sei como fica na alta já que todo dia deve ter mt trampo, mas dos quase dois meses que fiquei, fiz isso duas vezes enquanto tínhamos poucos hóspedes. Importante: colocar locker no quarto dos voluntários.
