I had a great experience at the hostel. The hostal is located between Lapa and Gloria with super easy access to other parts of Rio. It was great meeting other international travelers. Accommodation was very basic and hours were a bit long but other than that I would 100% recommend!

It was my first experience as a volunteer and i couldn't expect more. Everything was very nice. I felt at home with all these nice people (workers and guests) Bruna, Ivan and Erika makes everything to welcome you the best way possible and they're awesome. Unfortunately my skills in portuguese are at the moment not so good but i had no problem to communicate with other people. Thanks to everybody who helped me live the best first volunteer experience. See you soon ! :-)

I really appreciate how they welcomed me; I arrived at the hostel with not much idea of where to stay, and they welcomed me with open arms and even invited me to eat an asado in the first days of volunteering. Honestly, I really value that.

My experience at the hostel was very positive; the staff is incredible, full of good people, which made my stay even better. The location is one of the best, the hostel is very comfortable, and everything described on the platform was fulfilled. I appreciate the opportunity and I would definitely recommend it.
