The Experience

Hola! Soy Aldo, guia de montaña y dueño de una guest house en Huaraz! Los invito a que vengan a disfrutar de nuestra hermosa cordillera blanca y las diferentes actividades de aventura: caminatas, bicicletas de montaña, montañismo etc. Necesitamos de ayudas gerales: desayuno, recepcion, lipeza... El hostel esta muy centrico y tenemos todo los servicios necesarios para nuestros clientes, vas a tener una muy buena experiencia ayudando nosotros!

Fiquei 2 semanas em Huaraz e me encantei com as pessoas que conheci neste hostel. Especialmente Candy (responsável pela limpeza) e seu filhinho Aaron estão para sempre guardados em meu coração. Sobre o voluntariado em si, precisa ser muito bem alinhado com Aldo (proprietário) e Henry (gerente), para que não se trabalhe mais horas do que o combinado e para que os dias off sejam respeitados. Eu dei a má sorte, de que quando estava lá nenhum dos dois estarem e com isso precisei trabalhar muito mais do que o acordado. Não me incomodei tanto, pois estava ali pela experiência como um todo.
