Hi there, we are a medium sized Hostel in the Heart of Tirana and we are looking for a few more hands to help us during the season. We have been the second Hostel in Albania and we opened our doors in 2009. We are looking for energetic and open-minded people to help us with the basic Hostel work like helping to clean the house, checking guests in and out, helping at the Bar etc.

I had really good time at Villa Villekulla/the hostel. The owner and other volunteers were great, made me feel like home. I spent a month here and would stay longer if I could.

The hostel is in a very good location, just a 20 min walk from the main square and the 3 days off a week allowed me to enjoyed the country better, as I was able to travel consistently. The food was provided as agreed and the people—both volunteers and guests—made this experience great. Be open to build strong communication with the host since that is a very big part of the volunteer position:) the hostel is such a treasure ☀️

I had such an amazing time volunteering here. Claas is a really cool person, the tasks and hours were exactly as agreed upon. He also helped with recommendations in the city and in other parts of the hostel. Would definitely want to come back again!

This experience doesn't require a lot of skill and the required tasks will be explained and introduced to you by an experienced worker. Asking for help is never judged and the host is very reachable. Your responsibility is starting your shift on time, finishing the tasks required for it and not stressing over about having to clean up after guests that have bad manners. This way the hostel runs properly and you show respect to your co-volunteers as well as your host. You have a lot of free time which is great to explore Tirana and the hostel. I incredibly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it 🙌🏼
