Thank you again, Class for this experiencie as I told you I left Albania with the desire to return very soon and I know that it will be so. I am so glad for what I lived and learned in Albania 🇦🇱 this country has really surprised me in the best way. Thanks for the times you made dinner,
I really enjoyed it

The hostel is big and nice, it has a rooftop very cool and is very close to the center of the city and the station bus, Albania is cheap and the people is so kind and friendly, the food is delicious.

While I'm grateful for the opportunity to volunteer at Hostel Albania, my experience wasn't quite what I hoped. The work was manageable, but on multiple occasions I was scheduled more than the agreed amount. After reminding Claas what we agreed on, he did fix the schedule. I was also a bit disappointed that my bed was a foam mattress on the floor while the other volunteers had actual beds. We also didn't receive two meals per day when Claas didn't cook. The other volunteers were kind and we had some nice day trips together. Overall, it was a decent experience, but wasn't quite what I expected.

Volunteering in Hostel Albania was a great experience.
Claas is a super nice person,he gave us the week schedule once a week, so we could know our working hours and plan our days.
Also he gave us free days together and lended a tent so we were able to make some trips to the outskirts of Tirana.
The tasks were making breakfast, reception, cleaning and sometimes going shopping. But nothing too hard because the hostel is not so big.
We worked on shifts and they always were respected.
The food was good specially when Claas cooked,he is an amazing chef.
Thanks for everything Claas, we'll miss you!

Lovely experience. 3 free per 4 working days, shifts(6h) and tasks were very clear, we had a schedule (great to organice ourselves, also flexible in case we needed to arrange differently). Breakfast included and always had food, either to cook or had dinner with Claas(best cook EVER). He's very friendly and easy-going, he cares about volunteers having a good time. He let us re-organize everything (sorry for that haha) and trusted us to take care of the hostel,we felt very welcome and would love to come back. the hostel is clean and comfortable, nice rooftop! Thanks Claas, missing you already :)
