The Experience

Hello! We are looking for someone to help directly with competition horses. The main tasks would be grooming, tacking up, unsaddling and cleaning equipment more is possible with experience. You would help us 4 days a week, the remaining 3 off. The stable is very close to town, within walking/cycling distance. We are also close to the train station so we can drop you off and pick you up.

It was an incredible experience, Alison and Wolfgang always supported me, everyone was very kind and made me feel welcome. They were always available to help and teach. The room is very comfortable, everything was as agreed. It is hard work, but it is rewarded with days off and ease of transportation. It is important to have experience with horses and their care, and is a job where you will have a lot of time being by yourself and doing activities alone. I leave with a pleasant experience, very grateful with everyone and everything I learned.

I have no words to describe how amazing my time was in there! Alison and Wolf are both excellent professionals with a great knowledge about horses, what i learn in their place i will bring to me the rest of my life! The place is great and the people i met in the stable are wonderful! If you really like to work with horses this is the right place to go!

Alison and Wolfgang are very nice and welcoming!
I work 4 days a week helping with the horses (all of whom are lovely), and on my days off I visited Munich, Nuremberg and Regensburg using the bus and train.
Would highly recommend if you want to explore/experience Germany and you love horses!

My experience here was really good ! Alison and Wolfgang are really nice, like all the people I met in the stable. You will spend a lot of time with horses, and the job is quite easy (as long as you know horses a little bit). My room was situated just next to the stable, that was very cool because I was in a great atmosphere all the time. I recommand this experience for everyone who wants to spend some time with horses. :)

Amazing! Alison and Wolfgang are so kind, friendly and make you feel really at ease.
I learned a lot and made many mistakes but everyone was so patient.
The tasks are as depicted in the application (cleaning the stable, brushing horses, tacking up and unsaddling the horses…). Other tasks depend on what needs to be done, but they are all related to the stable or the horses.

Everyone is willing to help and teach you, but you need to have a basis on how to handle horses and approach them.
I absolutely recommend this experience to someone who loves horses and wants to learn more about them.
