My volunteering experience was great ! I stayed more than a week and had morning scheduled, which I personally prefer, and the tasks required were globally easy (cleaning, preparing the breakfast ..) The team is really nice : José and Oscar are caring, friendly and helpful. The food is also great ! I would definitely recommend being a volunteer in the hotel :)

I had a really great experience at the hotel. I had just arrived in Mexico and I really felt good very quickly in the hotel. José is a funny, patient, easygoing and caring person. He is always smiling and has a nice word every time he will see you. The hotel is very comfortable and well maintained. I had to clean the rooms and make the beds in the mornings and had then free time. Jose has always a good advice for your free time and he knows the Mexican culture very well. He is also a great cook! The area is very quiet and nice. I would definitely recommend this volunteering experience.

I had the best time in the hotel, José was so nice and welcoming. The food was incredible. There was always time to make plans around the city after work. Everyone was so friendly at the hotel and really felt like at home.

It was my first experience as a volunteering. I learned a lot of Spanish in a really good way. Jose is a really good person and he will give you a lot if tips what you should see in the city. He will teach you a lot of Spanish if you want to. The Team you will work with is really funny and you will laugh a lot I promise. I can say it is definitely a good experience if you go there, you learn things about the Mexican culture. Habe fun!

My expectations for my next volunteer experience is so high after my week in the hotel! The tasks were easy and you had a lot of extra time to explore Mexico city. I would recommend volunteering at the hotel to anyone wanting to visit the hotel! Met Many amazing travelers and locals!
