My experience at the hostel was truly amazing and impeccable. The work is well organized and easy and since you have different shifts every day it doesn't get boring. The location gives you the ability to visit every part of Lisbon easily either with walking or the metro. I would recommend volunteering in this hostel 100%. I met so many amazing travelers and also the staff is awesome which made my experience even better.

I'm extremely glad that volunteering at the hostel was my first volunteering experience. The atmosphere, people and tasks during different shifts. It all adds up to an amazing time in Lisbon, that I'll definitely remember for many years to come. I truly recommend volunteering in this place!

The staff are so happy and communicative. I had the best days ever, I'm feeling so glad that had this experience. The nightshift is fine, always will have someone working with you and helping with the tasks, you're there to give one support if happen something that need someone to help at night. The nightshifter stay with administrative work, solving the system problems that happened for the whole day but also, finishing the shift, you and the nightshifter will put the breakfast to the guests. Have anothers small things like drinks replacement, replacement of bed linen in the pantries.
