The Exchange

Due to the pandemic and the lack of tourist we need to make money in some other ways. Since last october we started opening our garden as a restaurant to sell beers and food. We need of course help of cookers, bartenders, waiters. All of them with experience as we do not have much and it will be awesome to learn from you on this.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Over 21 years old

Be from outside Ecuador

Accepts solo applications and also couples and pairs

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Activities & Shift

At the moment, our opening hours for this are only fridays and saturdays
We are looking for help from 5pm to 1am on this day and then 4h on sunday morning [10am-2pm] to make sure we clean and put away tables we used on this days. If by any chance we extend, we'll pay extra hours

Rules

Rules that apply both to staff and guests, apply to our volunteers.

- No alcohol bought outside.
- No visits.
