The stuff room is very small, there is not privacy or bathroom close to it.

I arrived before was planned to Gran Canaria and Tamas the manager accepted it. He added an extra bed in his room.

He did and said inappropriate things to me, i told him i was uncomfortable and he got my message and said sorry, but on night 7th of my stay i woke up 3 am and i saw he masturbating. I confronted him and he said it's normal because he was quiet in his room.

I left the hostel inmediately and the stuff of Worldpackers helped me, in these situations it is very easy to contact them and i am grateful

My stay at The Garden Hostel was amazing.
Since the first day our manager was super friendly with all the new volunteers including me.
The work shifts were very confortable and it was possible also to ask to change the shift if you needed.
The position of the hostel is perfect, in a few minutes walking you are in the city centre or in a beautiful wild beach.

Nice place to work, lot of space to chill and great location in the middle of the two main beaches. Only downside is the room for the volunteers that is extremely small. Would recommend!

The Garden is an amazing place in Las Palmas, where you can meet people from all over the world and have a lot of great times! The staff was awesome and working with them was very cool. The hostel is super nice and you can go to the beach in just 10 minutes by walk! The managers are kind and respectful, so I recommend this experience without any doubt!

I'm so happy I got the chance to have my first volunteering experience here!! My boyfriend and I were supposed to stay one month but we ended up staying more than 3 months.

The hostel is really nice and cosy, 5 minutes walking from the beach. The current volunteer room is not very big, but the common areas are, so it was easy to get in touch with people from all over the world. I especially loved the sunny rooftop terrace.

The group of volunteers was amazing, they really made this a great experience. And the managers, Fabio and Fabrizio, are reliable and easy going.

Thank you!!! :)
