We are a family-run hostel based in the heart of beautiful Lagos, Portugal; just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 1-minute walk from other local amenities. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and energetic people who love to socialize to join our team. As we are a social hostel, ideally, we are interested in creative and diverse individuals who can help us create a fun-filled environment for our guests.

As first experience, my time at the hostel has been great. I wasn't sure what I walking into, but it ended up being better than I could've imagined. If you like to the hostel everyday this is perfect for you. You usually do 2 night shifts from 10pm-8am & 2 pub crawl shift, which varies based on how many volunteers there are. Besides the night shifts, the pub crawls don't feel like work since you're basically partying with all the guests. There's a shared apartment for the volunteers which is a bonus. Mama will be in the apartment so you need to be tidy. Also, the beach is very close by.

Thanks to volunteering at the hostel I had the best summer of my life. The vibe at this hostel is always great and I got to meet amazing guests from all around. The best part was getting to live with other volunteers who I now consider best friends👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏼. The work-life balance was great and I had plenty of time to enjoy Lagos and meet the locals as well. Rafaela and Mama are amazing as well and make the job feel very flexible and light. Overall I recommend this experience to everyone who is ready to the hostel and have a great time!!❤️

My time at the hostel was beyond amazing. Living in our own guest house seperate from the hostel really added privacy and space from constantly interacting with guests. The work is extremely relaxed and we have a lot of freedom to do whatever we like. The only shifts we do are the Pub Crawl, where you have freedom to choose where you want to go, and night shift. Rafaela is truly the best, and very flexible with shifts. I am so so sad to be leaving. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have fun, go to the beach, and make some of the bestest friends.

I had a great time at the hostel. It had a really cool concept and the tasks were really fun and doable. Rafaela and Mama were always there if there were questions or problems. I got to know a lot of people from all over the world and also locals, which was cool bc you get integrated into a tiny little community. The guesthouse is pretty cool and the other volunteers were chill. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely come back!

I had a lovely time at the hostel. It's perfect if you just want to go to the beach during the day and the hostel all night. That's literally the routine here! The apartment you share with the other volunteers is by far the best accommodation I've ever stayed in whilst working in a hostel. It's well managed and fun work. Would recommend.
