The Experience
A experiência em colaborar conosco é única, somos uma empresa familiar e acolhedora e precisamos da ajuda de voluntários que gostem de lidar com público, fazer atendimento e servir bebidas, refeições e petiscos aos hospedes. Manter ambientes comuns da pousada limpo e organizado é importante além de dar suporte ao bar da pousada na preparação de drinks. A praia é muito tranquila e nossos hóspedes são casais e famílias =)

Tive uma experiência maravilhosa na Pousada. O trabalho é tranquilo, tudo super organizado, toda a família a pousada foi muito amável e me acolheu demais. Os voluntários ficam super a vontade, a comida é deliciosa e os horários super flexiveis. Esse é o tipo de voluntariado que da vontade de repetir mil vezes! Amei demais!

A pousada foi um dos melhores voluntariados que já fiz na vida. Desde o início fui muito bem acolhido pela Roberta que me auxiliou na logística para chegar até a pousada, e depois pela Rafa e por toda a equipe. A localização é perfeita para se conectar com a natureza, com várias trilhas por perto e as refeições são outro ponto forte da pousada, muito bem servidas e deliciosas. Voltaria mil vezes, a ilha é incrível demais e a pousada mais ainda!!

O trabalho na Pousada é bem tranquilo. As tarefas são, basicamente, servir hóspedes/ clientes no restaurante/ bar. Em dia de excursão com grupos maiores, também ajudei a organizar as louças e a fechar contas. E um dia me pediram para organizar a brinquedoteca. O quarto é confortável e a família anfitriã é acolhedora (as comidas são uma delícia). A Praia do Bananal é um paraíso. É pra quem busca dias de paz mesmo, sem agito. Aconselho levarem repelente, remédios etc, visto que não há farmácia ou mercado, nem mesmo barcos regulares para Abraão.

Minha experiência na pousada foi muito bonita. Bananal é ideal para fazer uma pausa e descansar, e a família a pousada me recebeu muito gentilmente. Meu trabalho era como cantora mas, como quase não havia turistas por ser baixa temporada, me pediram se eu pudesse trabalhar como garoceira algumas horas nos dias em que não havia pessoas para fazer show, o que eu fiz com prazer. O trabalho é muito relaxado e as horas acordadas são respeitadas. Além disso, cozinham delicioso e Rafaela se certificou de que sempre houvesse um prato vegetariano para mim. Estoy muito grata e espero poder voltar
