The Experience
A experiência em colaborar conosco é única, somos uma empresa familiar e acolhedora e precisamos da ajuda de voluntários que gostem de lidar com público, fazer atendimento e servir bebidas, refeições e petiscos aos hospedes. Manter ambientes comuns da pousada limpo e organizado é importante além de dar suporte ao bar da pousada na preparação de drinks. A praia é muito tranquila e nossos hóspedes são casais e famílias =)

O voluntariado na pousada foi simplesmente maravilhoso. Roberta, Rafaela, Sueco, a pousada e toda família são pessoas muito gentis e tornaram nossa estadia super confortável. A comida é incrível e Bananal tem praias muito lindas com água super clara. Foi um prazer fazer música e tocar à noite na pousada. Recomendo fortemente, foi o melhor voluntariado! Muito grata pela experiência :)

Minha primeira experiência na WP não poderia ter sido melhor! A família a pousada me recebeu de braços abertos, com uma hospitalidade e atenção que fizeram toda a diferença. O trabalho foi tranquilo, mesmo nos feriados, e as refeições eram simplesmente deliciosas, sempre fartas e variadas. Além disso, a pousada conta com ótimas parcerias para passeios de barco. Tive a oportunidade de conhecer a Micaela, do barco Sacramento III, e vivenciar uma troca incrível de aprendizado e colaboração. Daria mil estrelas se tivesse a opção! Foi maravilhoso passar esses dias na pousada, conhecer essa família que nos recebe tão bem e desfrutar desse cantinho lindo que é o Bananal. O trabalho é tranquilo e, mesmo nos dias mais movimentados, tudo corria bem e de bom humor. No período que fui, estávamos atendendo e servindo as mesas, recebendo hóspedes — mas pode variar! na pousada você vai ter a oportunidade de estar em um local cheio de história, conhecer pessoas maravilhosas, os dogs da ilha, ver um pôr do sol incrível todos os dias e se conectar com a natureza. MUITO OBRIGADAAAA!

Todos los comentarios que tiene este voluntariado son reales y los confirmo. La familia es muy buena, siempre pendientes de que estés cómodo en tus tareas y en el espacio, los horarios se cumplen y las comidas son riquísimas. Aprendí cosas nuevas y conocí otros voluntarios que ahora son amigos. Obrigado família pelo tempo que partilhamos, e por todo o bem-estar que nos fizeram sentir. O voluntariado foi o melhor que tive até então, o trabalho é teoricamente tranquilo, mas depende muito da demanda do restaurante, se for alta temporada pode ser um pouco cansativo. Bananal é um lugar muito lindo e tranquilo, da pra fazer várias trilhas. Mas recomendo que leve medicamento e produtos de higiene pessoal, pois na ilha não tem muita infraestrutura. Me senti muito bem acolhida pelos anfitriões e minha equipe não poderia ter sido melhor e a alimentação também é sensacional! Recomendo o voluntariado mil vezes e voltaria outras mil vezes ❤️
