Learn moreAt the Kadampa Art Studio we create holy images, statues and temple adornments. These are sent all over the world for Kadampa World Peace Temples and Centre shrines. Volunteers help with tasks such as sanding, repairing and sculpting, filling holes, assembling statues and masking for painting. No prior experience is necessary as you will receive full training.

It's such a good experience! The tasks are so easy going, the times for breaks and days off are always respected, also my supervisor was incredibly patient and kind. The residents are very kind, the food is delicious and the tea breaks were always full of amazing random surprises. I really appreciate this opportunity to get to know more about the religion, is a place perfect to get involved with new experiences and people. 100% recommended!!!

This was my first volunteer and I couldn't have asked for better one. I was surprised by the food, so good and different everyday. The facilities are great, nothing to complain. People are kind, warm, nice, happy and welcoming. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely come back.

Hands down, one of my favorite volunteering experiences ever. the Center is such a beautiful place, full of beautiful people. The days went by like water and I learned so much. The household team was amazing, Thourya is the best manager ever and I'll never forget my time here. The place is amazing, the food is delicious, and it's easy to get to the lake district on the weekends. !00% recommend it for anyone looking for a meaningful project an opportunity to make amazing connections with other volunteers, students, and monks, and introspection. Thank you for everything! <3

It is a good experience and the castle is beautiful. I really liked the castle and the temple. The surrounding was nice. I was enjoying my shifts in the morning and afternoons I was meeting many people and made a many new friends. I miss everyone so much!! And the manager Turia was lovely

Volunteering in the Center was a very beautiful experience. I could feel it almost like a second home. the people who go there are very friendly and good. Although the work day is a bit long for a volunteer, it has several breaks. The food is abundant, sometimes they use a lot of curry and cuminum, but in general it is very tasty. The rooms are comfortable and all the facilities are very clean. If you go to work in the art studio, you generally won't do painting unless you know how to do it (delicated) You will sanding and filling the surface prior the next step painting.
