Encontramo-nos neste momento numa fase de remodelação gradual do nosso espaço, que fica localizado em pleno centro da bonita cidade de Tavira. Procuramos alguém que nos possa ajudar nos pequenos almoços e/ou no período noturno na recepção, que seja motivado e sério. I was very well received and welcomed by everyone. Filipe, Rita and Nuno are very friendly. The city is warm and beautiful. The hotel is beautiful and extremely well located, right in the city center. The beaches are close by and you can relax on your free day. I missed other volunteers to make the atmosphere more fun. The staff is friendly, but since they are not volunteers, everyone goes home after work, so I was unable to make friends or do activities together. You need to be agile in housekeeping to be able to work 5 hours, but sometimes it is still not possible. I loved being here. Thanks

I was very well received by everyone. Nuno, Filipe and Rita are very friendly and polite. I really liked that Filipe was always concerned about my well-being. The hotel staff are great. The housekeeping work is almost always impossible to complete in 5 hours, even if you are very agile, but the hotel is under construction and I believe that in the future there will be more volunteers to make the work lighter and more fun with other travellers. Tavira is beautiful, the hotel is well located, and the Portuguese food is the best. Despite the intense work in the summer, I recommend it to everyone.

Everything was excellent at the guest house. From the beginning of the application process Filipe has been very attentive and helpful even before getting there until the very end. Him, Rita and Nuno were excellent hosts and accommodating… they truly made me feel like home. The tasks were as agreed and there was plenty of flexibility for the days off and it gave me a great chance to really enjoy the town during my free time. Also, every member of the team treated me like family, and honestly it made me so sad to leave. Definitely coming back to stay longer!

The experience at the guest house was my first experience with Worldpackers. From the beginning, I was very well received by everyone. Furthermore, it was a golden opportunity to learn about managing a hotel and, above all, I was able to practice a lot of English and Spanish. I met very nice Portuguese people, people with whom I learned a lot about the local culture. Tavira is a fantastic city, you have to feel it. I was at the guest house for 2 months, and looking back now, it feels like everyday there were memorable things happening. It was a great opportunity to learn about the business and to meet fantastic Portuguese people. the guest house is located at the very center of the charming little town of Tavira. From there it's easy to explore Tavira itself and other parts of the Algarve. The work and free time balance was fair, and the accommodation very comfortable. I will miss the place and the company of everyone. Thank you for everything! Forte abraço a todos!
