I was just going to swing by Curitiba for two weeks, and I'm already here for four. The city itself didn't attract me that much, even though it's very beautiful, but at the moment it's raining a lot and it's cold. Of the volunteer gigs I've done, it's one of the ones I went out the least for, and I stayed relaxed at the hostel. I found a nice group around here and wanted to stay longer :)
I was very well received by the host, the team, and the guests.
The work is a 6-hour shift, rotating between morning, afternoon and night, 3 on/1 off. We kind of do everything, but the hostel is small and it's easy to manage, at least for now since things are slow. You can stay comfortable for most of the shift.

I loved Curitiba and I am very grateful to the hostel for giving me such amazing experiences. I made many friendships with the guests and with the host Felipe, he is an incredible and flexible person, he really cares about the staff and how the exchange of services for accommodation is going. The work is light and we stay in the same room as the guests, which is great for socializing. Right next to it there is a pharmacy and the market is three blocks from the hostel, an excellent location. I already miss it 💕

I had a very special experience at the hostel. Since my arrival I was warmly welcomed, with attention, respect, and a lot of friendliness. The environment is welcoming, organized, and provides an incredible sense of camaraderie among guests.
It was a practical, comfortable, and enriching stay, where I had the opportunity to meet people, exchange experiences, and create great memories. The team makes all the difference, always willing to help and make the stay even better.
No doubt, it was a memorable experience that I will carry with me, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a pleasant place with great energy.
