What you offer

25h

Hours per week: Help out and collaborate with your host only a few hours per week.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

Days off per week: Have some time off for yourself, go explore the city or rest for a while.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Name: Finca Ganadito will offer you a volunteering certificate.

Support: Get help from the Worldpackers support team in case you need it, at any point of your trip.

The Experience

Come join our exciting international exchange crew for an experience you won't forget in Mexico! In exchange for 25 volunteer hours per week, we provide you with a comfortable bed in a shared dorm room in addition to complimentary basic breakfast and dinner collaborations. We work hard and love to play! Come share your talents with us! You start with 6 4-hour housekeeping shifts and then move to reception tasks as needed.

Nice experience, the hostel is such a cool community where you can learn from everyone. The hostel is nice and clean, and the team is always friendly and respectful. The hostel is really quiet and chill, that's what makes it a great place for relaxing. The schedule was flexible and the working hours were respected. I'd definitely go back.
