This was a touching experience and I learned so much! Vero and Su are truly beautiful people with hearts full of love, they open their home and life to me, you will be welcomed as family! P.V. is beautiful &getting to immerse into the local culture, working at the school teaching/playing with the children was a dream, all of the teachers are so lovely as well. The animal influence in the house feels so warm and grounding 🐦. In your off time these lovely ladies will show you the sites and pristine beaches. This was truly a life changing and incredible experience. The hosts are some of the most wonderful people I have ever met, they will ensure your safety, comfort, happiness, and general wellbeing throughout your entire stay. The volunteer work is extremely rewarding - the children and teachers at the school welcomed me with open arms and hearts, I felt I had the opportunity to really connect with students. As a solo female traveler I felt extremely safe throughout my entire trip. If you are unsure about applying - here is your sign to go for it :) you will have the most wonderful time!

To start I wanted to say that Vero and Sue are the kindest people I have ever met! They showed me the best spots around Vallarta and made sure I felt safe and had fun the whole time. The kids and teachers at the school are amazing! The accommodation was great and in a good location. This was definitely a life-changing experience for me and I would recommend anyone to volunteer with them! I can't wait to go back and visit my segunda familia!
