My experience at the host couldn't have been better. From the moment i arrived up until the day i left, i felt comfortable with everything and right at home. Rafart has a beautiful place in the heart of town where he has created a family between everyone at the bar. Work is as expected and if you are willing to do what you signed up for, Rafart will treat you with respect and kindness as he treated me. I was able to create real bonds and friendships with Besta, Rodrigo, Talita and Rafart that i will always cherish. As i leave with a heavy heart, i can't wait to return!

The host is perfectly located and the most beautiful restaurant/bar in all of Solsona. The job is easy and the tasks are straightforward. Volunteers will thrive if they come with integrity, respect, and positivity. There is no bad energy, so you get what you bring. My time here was filled with learning, laughter, and joy, even in the busiest, most chaotic times. Rodrigo and Betsa will forever be in my heart, and I am deeply appreciative of Rafart for creating such a wonderful and unique experience. I will never forget this special place with special people. Thank you, the host❤️

I had a very nice time at the host. I helped out in the kitchen for four weeks. So I worked all the time with Rodrigo - which was a lot of fun, Rodrigo is a very friendly and empathetic person, well organized with great cooking and explaining skills. From the beginning I felt very welcome by Betsa, Rodrigo and Rafart which was special for me. I could improve my Spanish, learned more about cooking, experienced the life in Solsona and the beautiful surrounding nature. With Betsa and Rodrigo I quickly felt at home. The apartment in which the volunteers live is simply but nice.

Solsona is a beautiful medieval small town, you can enjoy the cozy atmosphere and people with many opportunities to immerse into catalán culture and learn this place "the host" it's just to exchange cleaning or cooking for accomodation and food, the owner doesn't have trust in the volunteers, he always review the apartment and never is satisfactory the cleanning and duties in general my Expirience not was the best, but I got it stayed nad have a new job, thanks

If you love cooking, you will enjoy and learn a lot at this place. In the summers, the tasks may seem a bit tiring but fun at the same time. You also get an opportunity to meet volunteers from other countries too. Rodrigo and Betsa were really helpful in every way.
