Volunteering at the hostel was an absolute pleasure. The facilities are quite nice and there’s always room for some flexibility, which is nice if you want to explore other parts of Albania during your stay. The meals are included, which Nana Rovena make with love pretty much every day, which you can also taste in the delicious flavor of every meal. I think Disi, the manager, is quite good at making you feel welcome and part of the team, with his jokes and cheerfulness that he tends to have. He's also patient which is very appreciated 🫶🏼

5 weeks went by in the blink of an eye! I absolutely loved my time at the hostel, the other volunteers were lovely and Disi is a great manager. The work is very easy and Disi is very flexible with your days off and shifts. Food made by Nana every day never disappointed and the hostel is the perfect amount of social, there's something going on pretty much every day and it's got a good chill area outside. I'd definitely come back!!

My stay at the hostel was invaluable in many ways. It was my first hostel experience and did not know much about money and details of housework, so i made many mistakes. But despite that, the host Disi and other stuff members have been always constructive and with family-like attitude with fixing things and make sure that we are valued and not overwhelmed by the load of the details at the hostel. Now i'm working in a different hostel and immediately adapted thanks to my experiences here! Special thanks to Nana's delicious food and my volunteer fellows that made my stay truly unforgettable 🙏🏼

Working at the hostel was an amazing experience, It really flew by. I met so many amazing people, both volunteers and guests. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming ; Disi was flexible and reasonable with working hours and very understanding and helpful with any issues. Nana and Rovena were also so kind, hospitable and amazing cooks. It really felt like a home and I can't wait to come back. Definitely would recommend to anyone!!

I had an amazing time at the hostel. After a couple days I felt home. The hours are fair and Disi is flexible to discuss your days off (for example if you want to book a trip). The hostel is very social. Nana's food is amazing. Overall a really good experience and I would definitely recommend!
