In 2021 we opened a guesthouse focused on ecotourism in Brasília. A beautiful river runs through the property, and we have 20 hectares of native Cerrado vegetation, with trails built by us and others yet to be built. During the dry season (April to September), a beautiful freshwater beach appears for swimming. In addition to seven studios to accommodate guests, we are opening a campsite. There is a pool, a hammock area, a games room, our house, and the staff house.

I am grateful for the opportunity to volunteer not at the site. They are dear people who value and respect the volunteers. The environment is incredible, the tasks are balanced and there are interesting activities not at the site. There are two puppies I loved meeting. If you don't have a car and need to frequent the city, you should consider transportation by Uber or bus, as it is slightly distant from the center and part of the road is dirt. It is advisable to consult the host; besides the ride on arrival, they are always willing to guide you, it helped me a lot.

I really enjoyed my time nao sítio! Beautiful place, a very nice project in the activities and in the concern for conservation and regeneration of the natural space. Very dear hosts, attentive, respectful; we got along very well. The work is quite calm, depending on the day of the week there are different demands. Staying there was amazing, being able to go to the river every day, explore the trails coexisting with the Cerrado, rest in the hammock and be able to help with the guesthouse. It's a pity I could stay only a short time because I had commitments afterwards, but I would love to come back! Thank you for having me so well ♡

I loved the time I spent at the site! An amazing place, with nature everywhere, trails, a wonderful river and a lot of tranquility. The site is much more than a place to stay; it's an experience, and I learned a lot. The tasks are fairly easy. Paulo and Carol are the hosts and they are such sweethearts; they treat us as if we were family, and Cris, also a sweetheart, manages everything very well, and that makes all the difference. I arrived thinking I would spend a month and I ended up staying almost three, haha. Pure gratitude Caminho das Águas family, until next time ❤️✨
