My electronics were stolen by another volunteer even though they were all in the locker, so I had a security problem. other than that, thethe the hotelowners and staff were good

Really fine communication with a good location. Dorm for volunteers was neat and had good space. Together with the volunteers had a good time. I only hoped for more connection with guests becausethe the hotelwas in the name. The place only has private rooms so u do not really have contact with the guests outside of working at reception/breakfast.

For starters, the reason I put 3 stars is because firstly, it's not athethethe hotel. It's a the hotelthat used to be athe the hotelso you won't meet many travelers other than the small few volunteers. Secondly, it's was little things such as the wifi never worked, schedules were always assigned very late, and I just think there was poor communication, and they don't like to leave reviews for us. Other than that, Max and Guada are amazing people and very flexible with the scheduling. They worked around me not knowing Spanish and I did learn alot of Spanish while my time here. I would recommend working here!
