We need you to secure some positions like reception, restaurant.
25 hours of help per week
Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.
Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.
Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
2 days off per week
Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Between 18 and 40 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Reception:
Customer service (check-in, check-out, managing guest experience);
Administration tasks (invoicing, e-mailing, answering reviews).
Bar:
Waitressing (taking orders, coordinating with the team, taking payments);
Preparation (restocking, cleaning, and preparing the next shift).
Breakfast:
Preparation of the buffet and restocking of the food items;
Cleaning, washing, and organizing.
We will choose the tasks that you will be performing and inform you before closing the deal. Despite this, we request your availability for any changes and for assisting your colleagues if necessary.
Morning shift: 07:00-15:00
Evening shift: 15:00-23:00

We do not tolerate disrespect for hostel rules, customers, and colleagues!
Failure to comply could lead to expulsion from the hostel and the volunteers' house!
At the hostel:
- No alcoholic beverages during the shift
- Do not use the hostel kitchen without authorization from the kitchen manager;
- Respect colleagues and the orders from the hostel crew;
- Hours of service - Be punctual and a uniform is mandatory.
- On days off, wear presentable clothes, you are free to roam around and make new friends and connect with anyone
