The shelter is a truly exceptional place! Placed in the most beautiful surroundings you get to work among the best team of people. The work it self feels super rewarding and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves dogs:)

Hard work but fun experience overall. Tasks were as promised and the you schedule was flexible if you wanted a certain day off. I would recommend getting some clothes you don't care about for the work because it gets very dirty.

This was my first volunteering experience and I loved it! The dogs were amazing and there were a lot of other volunteers, so it was quite social. We had a pool day, pizza night, and went to the local burger spot. We also took the dogs to Laguna 513 on a day off! Would definitely recommend.

This experience was absolutely amazing. it is not an easy job by any means, but it is ridiculously rewarding. both Jessica and Kishor centre the dogs in absolutely everything that they do, and you can tell that this is genuine from the way that every single dog clearly adores them both. we had free lunch provided every single day of our stay, and staple items such as oats, pasta, and rice provided for making all other meals. if you don't mind a bit of poop and you love dogs then you would be crazy to skip this opportunity! we miss all of the dogs already - especially Lucy.
