This experience has all the ingredients to be five stars, but there are still improvements that are being worked on. This is about real volunteering and never just a way to travel cheaply because it's an enriching experience where you are helping a precious project and it demands personal and emotional involvement. Is much easier if you are passionate about children. What I missed was the initial comunication, a briefing, I was a bit lost first days. I hope this project goes on and keep helping people. I wrote something longer than 600 so if someone need I lend you a link: https://t.ly/2LmQ

Adriana is a really good person, but she MUST improve her social skills and the way to deal with problems... because that affects the atmosphere of the house and also your more exhausted at the end of the day At the same time i see her a little collapsed with all the dynamic, something that is totally perfect... but to improve it there must be more organization and trust on the rest of the people, trust that you can have if the communication is with respect and in a constructive way She is doing something beautiful with the kids... and i respect her, but there must be some changes :)

This is the first volunteer I have done and it was undoubtedly the best thing that could have happened to me. The moment you enter this house, the children make you feel like a family. All the people who work in this place are friendly, the children are so They give you so much love, without a doubt I recommend this place if you really want to help, Arianna and Cheli are the most dedicated people I have ever met, they will always be there for you if you need them. I had so much fun in this place and I hope to be able to return next year to see the children I consider them all my FAMILY.
