We are looking for a hardworking and fun person to help us out with some maintenance and repairs at the Hostel plus making sure that the place is tidy during the day. You would need to work 5 hours a day 5 times a week. Your shift: 5 days a week, totaling 27h/week + 2 day off. PS: Preference for volunteers who have experience and already work in the area with maintenance and repairs

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I coudn't have asked for a better one! The work was easy and the hours were reasonable and flexible. Stephanie is kind, friendly and a very professional manager. There was enough free time to explore all that Edinburgh has to offer and I found amazing new friends in my fellow volunteers. the hostel has a really social and cozy vibe and I'd recommend it to anyone. I hope to return someday:)

I had the best time at the hostel. It was my first Worldpackers experience and it'll be my favourite. It's very social and the hostel is very cosy so it's easy to feel right at home. There's a good amount of volunteers to meet and travel with and Edinburgh has so much to offer. The work/hours are very doable and reasonable too. Probably will be coming back very soon! :))

This was my first volunteering experience and I would recommend it to anyone. The work is easy, the manager Stephanie is super well organized and accommodating and there's lots of time to explore the city. I met incredible people there and made friendships that will hopefully last a long time to come. Truly a home away from home. Lots of love!

My experience at the hostel was one of the greatest months of my life. The entire team are amazing people, led by Stephanie. The other volunteers and staff are now very close friends. the hostel itself is great, and is a perfect base to explore Edinburgh and Scotland. I will definitely be back to the hostel. Absolutely magical.

It was a great experience I would recommend to anyone who's looking to meet travellers from all over the world. I made great friends and we had lots of fun together in Edinburgh! The atmosphere at the hostel was great. Stephanie is a great Manager who made me feel very welcome and was always there for me if I had any questions.
