The Experience

Olá Packers, tudo bem? Precisamos de ajuda na parte da limpeza do hostel. Nós pedimos 18 horas semanais. Estes turnos podem divididos em 3 turnos de 6 horas ou 6 turnos de 3 horas por semana. Os horários dos turnos são das 8h às 14h; das 12h às 15h; das 16h às 19h; das 21 à meia noite. Os voluntários devem estar disponíveis para ajudar em todos os horários propostos. A troca será por acomodação na casa dos voluntários.

It was such a nice experience and I had an amazing time. The work was easy to handle and the hostel was very clean and has a very nice location next to the beach and the river!! Also the whole team was friendly. I would recommend it to everyone:)

I had a great time as a volunteer at the hostel. very welcoming and family atmosphere. the hostel is super well located, 2 minutes from the beach. as I didn't speak Portuguese I did the "night-shifts" and everything went very well. I recommend!

I had a fantastic time at the volunteering program in the hostel. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. You will never get bored there, since there's always something to do, like karaoke nights, going hiking or to the beach, different party's or even just playing card games for hours. The location is incredibly beautiful. I went to the beach everyday. All in all I am so grateful for having had the opportunity to volunteer there and I would definitely recommend it!

Simply a great experience, I really wished I could stay more. The hostel is beautiful, Barra da Lagoa is a paradise and Victor and all the people I met where made it even better. Go for it :)
