The whole experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay with Serena and Fabriz. They showed me around the valley and even brought me to the holiday dinners that their friend hosted.

A beautiful, unique place and an exceptionally generous family. I felt utterly included in everything that might have been of interest during my stay, including hikes, dinner parties, and concerts, but also always felt my boundaries would have been respected if I'd wanted to do otherwise (but I always wanted to join them because they were doing very fun stuff). This is exactly the sort of friendly cultural exchange that I was looking for.

I was great sharing time with Asa, he’s a beautiful person open to new experiences and interested in our culture. We had a short but super intense week of exchange.

Serena and Fabrizio are wonderful people and Druogno, though small, is truly magical. The train through the valley is only a few minutes' walk and you can explore the whole valley this way. I learned a lot about the history of the valley, traditions, and a lot in general from Serena, and I was grateful to learn some music theory from Fabrizio. While there my job was mainly to give English "lessons" (simply dedicating some time everyday for English conversation); those staying longer will likely learn to care for their beautiful, high-energy dog Thiago. I recommend this experience.

Ella is a sweet and dynamic girl open to new experiences. She was great in offering English conversation lessons and her deep interest in music was truly appreciated.
We enjoyed her company and the nice attentions she gave to our pets although time together was quite short. We certainly recommend her.

This was my first worldpackers experience and i love it so much! Serena and Fabrizio are such wonderful person, their warmth and kindness and geniune hospitality were apparent throught my stay. I even went to a jazz event in Locarno with them! The work was easy. The view outside is so beautiful and natural. I feel in a zen mode every morning when i wake up. I would highly recommend this place of Serena to everyone.

It was a pleasure hosting Jess, sharing precious time & learning about each other’s background.
She perfectly fitted in our relaxed routine at that time, helped in any asked task and appreciated our natural quiet surroundings.
She ‘s a respectful, kind and open minded person I would definitely recommend for future exchanges. A beautiful experience!
