The Experience

We are a relatively new hostel in San Cristobal de las Casas. We want to give our guests and volunteers the best experience during their stay with us, Our location is excellent since we are in a beautiful and natural area, just a 25-minute walk from the city center. The help we need mostly is cleaning and maintenance of the house and gardens. Reception and attention to guests. Cooking and serving breakfasts to guests.

This hostal is such a good place to spend time. It's not in the downtown so you feel in a place conducive to being in peace and relaxing. If you like animals, you'll be happy with Bruce, Jackson & Mantequilla. My tasks was mainly housekeeping, cleaning and welcolme guests. The people staying here are super lovely and Fernando is such a good person as well. I really appreciated spend time here and share moments with everybody ! I recommand this experience :) Thank you !

Fernando is the loveliest human. If you want chilled, the hostel focused volunteering this is it! This role Is best suited to someone with initiative, who is coming forward with ideas . I love spending all day outside, learning about different insects/plants. Each day was different and I had creative freedom. The house is beautiful. It's not a social space you'll be only volunteer and meet some of the guest which was perfect for what I wanted at the time. the hostel around is incredible. I'll miss Fernando, Bruce, Jackson and mantequilla a lot. I really hope to come back! Chido! Perron!
