This was a great experience for me. The farm was beautiful and very close to their town square. Not much to do in the town so it’s a great place to come and disconnect. The hosts were more than welcoming and the work was fair. They gave us great suggestions of excursions to do after work and all the information needed to get there. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone

I came at a time just before a transition of hosts so my comment may not be applicable for the current situation! I really enjoyed being disconnected, the nature at the farm and talking with the other volunteers. However, the tasks were very repetitive (collecting leaves everyday) and as there is not much to do in the area, it got a bit boring. The breakfast was delicious every morning and if you're looking for a detox- this is the place; a week is plenty! I think there will be several upgrades with the new host

This place it perfect for you if you’re looking for a chance to reconnect with nature and spend time with all of the amazing animals here. Jennifer and Mabel are amazing and funny hosts who will always help you if you need anything and make the place feel warm and positive.

I stayed at the finca for just under 2 weeks. It was a perfect break from the chaos of backpacking in a lovely little town in Costa Rica. The hosts are great, the work is not too difficult and rewarding, met some lovely backpackers. Just make sure to bring bug spray!

My partner and I had a lovely 2 weeks with Jenny and Mabel. The jobs were engaging, sometimes challenging, but mostly quite fun. It was really great to be involved in their projects and get to interact with the amazing wildlife Costa Rica has to offer! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to do some volunteering; the food, to location, and the vibe were all incredible!!!

Jenny and Mabel are exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived it felt like we'd been welcomed into their wonderful family by them and all their animals. We saw beautiful sloths and other animals. Our hosts were fun, open and extremely generous with their time, in the beautiful dishes they made and with their space. The jobs were always different and sometimes in line with your skills/ preference and a great opportunity to learn new skills. There were no issues that went unsolved or untreated. They gave us amazing local recommendations for exploration.

Jennifer and Mabel are such nice and generous people. They made me feel welcome and comfortable from the start and they connect with the volonteers. They offer you places to visit during the afternoons or the weekends that are so beautiful and fun. The work is diversified, so it doesn't get boring. 3h per day, 5 days a week, and they are flexible. Conclusion, I really loved being here and I 110% recommend to any woofers visiting Costa Rica !

It was a very fun week, spending time with Jennifer and Mabel and the other volunteers. The farm is beautiful, there were lots of cute animals and the surrounding nature is amazing. I recommend this experience to anyone who loves nature and likes to meet other travelers from around the world.

I had a wonderful stay here and the hosts were super nice and helpful. This was my first world packers and they gave me a great experience. Would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in nature and practice their Spanish in a laid back environment. The work was diffent most days but usually was something that was kinda fun.
