I had a wonderful stay here and the hosts were super nice and helpful. This was my first world packers and they gave me a great experience. Would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in nature and practice their Spanish in a laid back environment. The work was diffent most days but usually was something that was kinda fun.

Jennifer and Mabel are both amazing hosts. They make sure you are comfortable. The area is very safe, a good place to expierence the real Costa Rica. Work and working hours are balanced and flexibel. Lots of free time to explore CR or just chill. Jennifer is an amazing, cook and makes sure you are well fed. Mabel has a good eye to spot some of the most rare animals. Bring some bug spray and clothes that can get that dirty, because you will get in touch with most wonderfull nature.

Jenifer and Mabel are friendly and welcoming hosts. They genuinely care about the animals that they look after on the farm and I think the fact that a very rare white toucan has chosen their land to settle on says a lot about them and their care towards the nature around them. I loved sleeping in a tent, could hear so many wonderful noises and felt close to the nature around me.

We had an amazing experience with Jennifer! The hours of work were fine to do and it was amazing to be so close to nature and being able to see so much animals. The food was also delicious, and we learned some things from costa rica culture. There are also tours which were nice to do with other volunteers. We planned to stay a week at Jennifers, and ended up staying for a week more!
