Aprendi sobre trabajo en equipo con mis compañeras de cuarto, a apoyarnos y a escucharnos. Sobre el grupo de trabajo del hostel: - te informan tu horario semanal cada domingo -Puedes cambiar horario con algun compañer@ de voluntariado si necesitas -Te dan llaves del lugar para entrar y salir en tu libertad -Las actividades son sencillas pero se hace repetitivo. te sientes como un empleado, horario de 6 horas por dia y no Como un voluntario. Carece de actividades de integración. Michel enseña bien, pero suele ser repetitiva, controladora, habla temas no indicados con viajeros(condones etc)
