My time at the farm was so lovely - it was the perfect experience to immerse myself in the Costa Rican way of life and enjoy the beauty of the mountains! The family is so so welcoming and includes you in everything - I really had the best time and couldn't recommend it more!!!

100% recommended. Alejandra, Mauricio, Kris and Jafeth made it feel like home and they included me in everything. Definitely one of my best travel experiences. Such a good way to truly get to know the Costa Rican culture and practice Spanish. Such a beautiful place that words cannot describe. Very peaceful place away from the city.

This was an amazing experience with the sweetest people. You cannot do alot on your own since the house is a 20 minute drive from the city, but they include you with everything they do and it is a really cozy and beautiful stay!

It was my first experience as a volunteer and I loveed it. This family is so nice : they teach you a lot of things about their culture, their country, their lifestyle … They included me so well in their family. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for an experience we're you can : - learn about the life in Costa Rica - practise your spanish (they're very patient and they will help you) -be part of a family -be in the nature with animals Thank you !!

Out of my three stays in Costa Rica this was by far my favorite because of being surrounded by nature and being supported by the family! I would recommend this volunteer opportunity if you enjoy taking hikes, being away from the busy city life and being surrounded by lots of nature. Oh! And if you like the taste of amazing coffee!
