The Experience
we need help with the general maintenance of our ever-growing food forest! you'll only be asked to work 3h/day, ideally in the morning. we'll cook lunch for everyone, mostly sourced from our garden when we have availability, we'll show you around (we have lakes, waterfalls, trails, cultural events and local markets) you can also take the chance to learn more about our local flora, natural cosmetics and cooking!

It was an amazing experience I would definitely recommend coming here. Mauro and Mariana are lovely people their dogs are also very friendly and cute. The lunches they made us were delicious and different each day. They taught us about plants and explained how to make a few different things with only natural ingredients. The tasks are manageable each day. The cabin is also super cosy and they gave us mosquito nets to put in the room. They were great hosts and were super welcoming and accommodating. Thanks for letting us stay :)

Thank you Mariana and Mauro for having us!! Our tasks were very manageable you are not asked for many hours of work which is very thoughtful especially when it can get hot during the days and even then we were offered to work in the shade. We all eat lunch together and the food is honestly some of the best I've had!! They taught us how to make chickpea tofu which was so fun to learn and really tasty, Mariana also taught us how to make natural cosmetics like lip balm and hydrosol which was really fun to learn and she also taught us about the plants in the garden. One of the best experiences!!

This was such a fun experience! They were so welcoming from the beginning and the work was fun and varied and based on the weather! I had my own cabin so had plenty of privacy and time to myself and the food was delicious. They also took me to amazing places in the nearby area! Thank you so much for letting me stay in your beautiful home!
