I had such a great time at the hotel and from day one I felt welcomed! The property is peaceful, with a nice pool to relax on days off. The work is real work, but tasks are well explained. What made it truly special was the people, we share everything and had great trips and drinks in Milan. I grew a lot, picked up some Italian along the way, and left with wonderful memories. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a genuine mix of work, culture, and connection. Grazie mille!!! <3 and sorry for the cappuccino after 12 (I'm still doing it though :P)

I highly recommend this volunteer experience!!! Just keep in mind that the work is tough and serious, so you need to be ready to work hard. The work can change every week and the tasks can change too, but this makes you learn a lot of things. Alberto is amazing and he was always so attentive to the volunteers. He took us all out together to see Milan and another beautiful places, which was great for bringing the group together. I'm so grateful to have lived this experience and for all the people I met 💞💞

I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this volunteer opportunity. The schedule is exactly as promised: 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, with 2 days off. The host often takes volunteers to visit Milan and nearby towns, adding a great cultural experience. The property is spacious and peaceful, with a pool, hammock, and plenty of outdoor space. The host is also flexible and understanding, as long as plans are discussed in advance. Overall, it's a great balance of work, free time, and cultural exchange.

My volunteering experience in Milan was incredible and very meaningful. Working in the hotel was a bit demanding, with intense days and a lot of responsibility, but nothing I couldn't handle. I learned how to stay organized, work in a team, and adapt to a different routine. My group made all the difference in this journey, making everything lighter, more fun, and special. Alberto is amazing and very funny, always making the days better. I also improved my Italian a lot through daily life and grew a lot as a person. the hotel will always have a place in my heart. Una birra per favore.

'Alora' kkk I had a wonderful time! The work itself could be challenging at times, especially during busier days. Occasionally, we were asked to help with other tasks, but nothing unreasonable and always well explained. The best part of it all was the people. The other volunteers and staff were amazing, and we had so much fun! Alberto was always kind, attentive and funny and he would take us out weekly, which helped create a wonderful atmosphere within the group! I got to learn a bit of Italian and explore beautiful places using Milan as a base for unforgettable day trips💫 I really recommend!
