The Experience

We need a reliable person to join our small team in our hostel! Help needed for cleaning & reception. We work with cloudbeds so any experience would help: Assisting guests for check-in, check-out and other information they might need, generating room codes for guests. Cleaning rooms, change beds, maintain the space clean in general is a must 4h/day, 20 h per week with 2 days off

Working for the first time in a hostel i didn't know what to expect, this was truly a new challenge for me. the hostel was a good place to learn, some days are more busy others more slow but the good thing is that there is always time to talk with the guests. You have schedule for the whole week and enough free time to explore Brașov and other cities or just chill in the hostel. Thank you Sorina, Ashvi and Ion for all your help. I already know were I will stay next time i go back to Romania. 😄

I had a great time at the hostel. The team was fun and welcoming and I met a lot of awesome travellers from all over the world. The schedule is respected and most days are quiet and you can do you tasks peacefully (some days are busier, but nothing to be scared of). When I arrived, I learned most of the things from other volunteers. You need to have a degree of autonomy and be able to do things on your own as the hosts are not in the hostel everyday. Thank you Sorina & the team for everything!

It was my first experience, and honestly, I'm leaving feeling lucky for everything I experienced at the hostel. Brașov is a beautiful, calm place, with great hiking spots in the nearby towns. At the hostel, you'll love everything, trust me. Sorina and Joszef are amazing people who always listen and help with anything you need. The shifts are flexible, giving you time to enjoy the city. Don't worry about getting bored, just sit next to reception, and something interesting is bound to happen to brighten your day. The energy there is incomparable, and Asha, Tavo, the whole team nothing but love ❤

I've been in the hostel for 1 month, working mainly in housekeeping, cleaning and reception. It was a great opportunity to get to know Brasov being located in the heart of the town. Ed, Sorina and Jozsef are just incredible! Super friendly, respectful and always took care of my needs. Hope to see you guys soon! ❤️

This experience is good if you have experience with housekeeping and cleaning of a hostel. The hosts are usually not at the place so you will basically have the place for yourself, however, they're always attentive to the details we give them that needs to be done. It's a great experience overall to get to meet new people and the hosts are really nice! (As long as you come here to do the work)
