Difficult to write this one to be honest. Firstly don't expect to be on the farm with the casa as the advertisement shows. You're only allowed there for the volunteering work nothing else. You actually stay a ten minute walk away in an apartment by the estacion (which is very comfortable and not bad in the slightest). The volunteer work is good if you want to learn gardening, general maintenance and a bit of finca life. However I would not recommend this to anyone who is beginner Spanish or on a peace love and happiness vibe

Volunteering was much better than I expected; I'm happy to have met Don Eugenio, he made my stay really comfortable, he ensured I lacked nothing and always guided me in the assigned tasks.

Moreover, his stories, the house and the town have magic! I hope to return one day to greet the great friend that this experience gave me.

If you are a traveler looking to disconnect from the city and have a few days of peace, I recommend this place.

Thank you for everything, Don Eugenio.

Neither good nor bad, just Mr. Eugenio expects you to be his 'slave', to make him breakfast, lunch, to clean everything for him, and then he has very bad ways of treating you; he has no respect and speaks to you as if you were stupid, and he makes you feel quite bad, and for everything you do it's wrong, it's always wrong. He has no patience; it's his way of being. He's not a bad person, but he has his habits. The house is very nice, but I can't stand him shouting at me and disrespecting me. Thanks for everything, and I was there from April 17 to May 5, because he shouted at me too much and I left.

Good afternoon, I already told you on WhatsApp that I was sorry if I had bothered you. He has deleted himself from WhatsApp because he doesn't want to leave a trace of his 'comments'. A faithful reflection of the person we are dealing with. It is true that I got angry when I saw that, without paying attention to my explanations, he had cut the fronds of a 10-year-old palm tree down to the central shoot, leaving it unrecoverable. It wasn't the first time he ignored what had been indicated. Once again, I'm sorry.

Thank you Aila for your comments. Just to clarify one point that I think you don’t make clear and it’s a bit delicate.
The security cameras are in the Molino Rodete dwelling (not in your residence). Molino Rodete, as I explained when you asked me about it, has a security service against intruders and in that sense has equipment (sensors) motion detectors that activate the security when it is connected, something that does not happen when we are inside the dwelling.
On the other hand there are recording cameras but they’re covered with a curtain (tapadas) out of respect for the privacy of clients, so they cannot record anything and if they did, the recording would go directly to the security company which, in turn, if something serious occurred would go to the Police. The camera you refer to is in a corner of the living-dining room, next to a piece of furniture (not behind the furniture) completely visible since its mission is to detect the possible movement of intruders in the living room when the security is connected.. Warm regards. Eugenio
