My experience at the project was amazing! As a volunteer, you can participate in classes and meditations, as well as have access to the beautiful garden and lake to enjoy nature. It was two weeks of learning and a lot of exchange with other volunteers, residents and managers. You will help with varied tasks such as cleaning, gardening, cooking and in the cafe. I recommend it to everyone who wants to learn more about Buddhism and take a break from the busy cities to enjoy nature and peace! Thanks again Sian, Jow and the entire the project team!

I spent 2.5 weeks at the project and had the most wonderful time there. It was my first volunteering experience and I could've not asked for more. The people (residents, volunteers, customers) were simply wonderful. I really enjoyed working in a café and learning some barista skills. Additionally, seeing how a centre like the project is organised, was very interesting as well. The centre is located in a very remote area (if you don't have a car) and is surrounded by beautiful nature and cute villages. For someone who likes walking als much as I do, it was the perfect escape from busy everyday life

I really loved my stay at the center : Amanda, Sian, all the residents and volunteers made me very welcome. They live in a beautiful location, allowing volunteers to enjoy their free time and discover the Buddhism environment. Concerning the tasks requested, they are well explained. I'm thrilled to have had a volunteering experience with them. Thank you for everything!

This experience has been one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Everything I learned from the people, from the teachers, from myself will be forever in my heart. Can't describe the kindness of the people, I recommend coming here and opening your heart to take all the beautiful things this place has to share. Thank you all for giving me an incredible month. The work and the people you get to work with are amazing, the food is great, always more than enough. I made lifelong friends and learned things that I will cherish forever. 🤍

I did my first volunteering at the project, and it was the best decision I have ever made. The people are super friendly and patient; they are always very attentive and provide a lot of support. I worked in the kitchen with Paul, and it was a wonderful experience. I loved working with him and Dave; they helped me a lot, and I learned a lot from them. I also want to highlight Jo and Sian, wonderful and affectionate people, who made my stay there pleasant and very enjoyable. Thank you very much for the trust you placed in me on several occasions. I promise to return.
