We're a program for artists interested in creating art pieces using reusable materials. The program aims to have artists translate their creative ideas into reused art and create art pieces to achieve a sustainable society.

Yoshiho-san and Michiyo-san exhibited kindness and consideration even amidst their busy schedules. I was fortunate to receive a comfortable accommodation and complimentary dinner during my stay. I only wish I could have extended my visit to offer them more assistance.

Yoshiho and his family are the best people I have ever met, they are very kind and make you feel at home, if the future allows it I would like to return again to that beautiful place full of very good people.

Yoshiho and his family are great people! They cooked delicious dinner every night and provide more than enough amenities to be comfortable in their house! You get to walk around the beautiful town of Mima and interact with the locals. Great experience!

I had a really great time here and I highly recommend this to all artists. I painted a mural and was given all of the materials to do so and could ask for more if I needed. I was given full creative freedom and able to paint what I like/what I excel in. Your hours are completely up to you and it's definitely the most independent volunteer opportunity I've had but that works really well for me. The family was also fantastic. Since you stay in a guest house you also get to meet other travelers and I got some great experiences from them. Overall a really great opportunity and I'm very grateful.
