We are looking for good people to join us at our Oktoberfest campsite in Munich. In the housekeeping team you will help to sweep/clean the tents, organise the sleeping materials, help with laundry and assist with making breakfast for the guests and meals for the team! In exchange for helping us, you get a private tent / shared staff dorm, airbed, pillow, sleeping bag, laundry and 3 meals per day. And of course the most unforgettable Oktoberfest!

This was a great experience! Definitely a lot of work and long hours, but it was never more than stated, and it was super easy to trade shifts with other people. You get really close to the other volunteers quickly, and there was always food available, so you'll never be hungry!

My first Workaway experience was so amazing that my only worry now is that they've set the bar too high for the next host! Expect to work hard and play harder—I honestly can't recommend the hostel enough!!

Volunteering with the hostel for Oktoberfest was one of the beat decisions I have ever made! It was such a cool group of volunteers from all over the world. I made some amazing friends and we all got to know more about beautiful Bavaria, its people and its culture. It was like a month-long party. Even work felt less like a chore and I really enjoyed it. The management team was also excellent! ♥️♥️ If life brings me back this way, I will definitely go back for another festival season.

Incredible first WorldPackers experience! You will meet lots of new people, make friends, and have plenty of opportunities to go to the festival or explore Munich. However, I'd only recommend this opportunity if you are willing to put in the work, as it is on the more demanding side for volunteer experiences! Make sure to take initiative and be a team player if you want things to go smoothly. the hostel truly embodies work hard and party harder, so be ready for a good time!
